If you want to see tomorrow’s leaders today, take a look at the incredible array here. We believe you will feel more confident about the Alamo City’s future than ever before.

Kahryn Goertz, co-owner of Texas Medical Legal Consultants

Goertz owns Texas Medical Legal Consultants alongside her sister. She used to help her father, a physician, organize his medical and legal case reviews. Born and raised in San Antonio, her family loves immersing themselves in its rich culture. One word she would use to describer herself is devoted. She believes this word summarizes her whole- hearted commitment to family, faith, friends, employees and her career.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

From a professional standpoint, I see myself continuing to work alongside my sister and husband to nurture our business. My goals would be to build new client relationships, strengthen current client relationships and continue to grow the company in a responsible and sustainable manner. From a personal standpoint, I see myself still seeking to achieve an improved work-life balance while helping my daughters grow into the best versions of themselves. I also see myself commit- ted to the CASA organization for the long term.

What is your favorite San Antonio activity and why?

I was born and raised in San Antonio, and nothing makes me happier than to call this city my home. My husband and I love immersing our family in this community rich with culture. We love all things Fiesta, exploring and dining on the River Walk and the Pearl area and experiencing amazing festivals like Dia de Los Muertos.
